How the assembly works
Each block in Wireless Environmental Sensor Node maps to a catalog component family, so the design can be quoted and sourced as one package. The bill of materials below lists the role each part plays and a representative specification.
Selecting parts
Start from the headline parameters, then size each block: the regulator or controller sets the operating point, passives are chosen for ripple and stability, and protection is rated above worst-case stress. Use the linked categories to compare options.
Sourcing the build
Because every block is a stocked catalog family, the whole assembly can be quoted together with consolidated lead times. Request a quote with your target volume and we will return availability across all blocks.
Build sequence
- Verify the supply rail and reference ground at the board edge first.
- Place and verify the microcontroller (Low-power MCU with ADC and I2C).
- Place and verify the sensor element (Temperature / humidity / pressure, I2C).
- Place and verify the wireless module (2.4 GHz or sub-GHz radio module).
- Place and verify the ldo regulator (3.3 V low-quiescent LDO).
- Place and verify the decoupling network (100 nF + bulk per rail).
- Place and verify the status indicator (Indicator LED with series resistor).
- Energize gradually, measure against the parameter table, and qualify at rated load.
